Voriconazole Tablets IP 200 mg
Voriconazole is a broad-spectrum triazole antifungal agent used for the treatment of serious, invasive fungal infections. It works by inhibiting the fungal cytochrome P450 enzyme, thereby disrupting ergosterol synthesis, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane.
Indications:

- Candidemia in non-neutropenic patients
- Esophageal candidiasis
- Serious infections caused by Scedosporium and Fusarium species
- Empirical treatment in febrile neutropenic patients suspected of fungal infection
