1. Ciprofloxacin Hydrochloride (Antibacterial):
Ciprofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase, leading to the inhibition of DNA replication and cell death. It is effective against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
2. Metronidazole (Antibacterial/Antiprotozoal):
Metronidazole is an antimicrobial agent active against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory properties, making it suitable for treating infected dermatoses and inflamed skin conditions.
3. Terbinafine Hydrochloride (Antifungal):
Terbinafine is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent that inhibits the enzyme squalene epoxidase, essential for fungal cell membrane synthesis. It is effective in treating dermatophyte infections like ringworm and athlete’s foot.
4. Clobetasol Propionate (Corticosteroid):
